Toggle Beacon Beams v0.2.2 🎉

• Bump version, updated README, and changed dependency targets
• Fixed NeoForge metadata causing the game to fail to initialize on NeoForge
• Improved hide-all behavior so it works client-side and still allows individual beacon exceptions
• Disabling the mod in the config now preserves beacon hidden states while restoring vanilla beam rendering, and re-enabling restores the saved hidden states
• Fixed local fallback toggles to properly clear stale overrides and save less often
• Reduced unnecessary work in loaded-beacon refresh and bulk toggle paths
• Beacon UI rendering now caches toggle state and avoids repeated lookups for optimization
