Toggle Beacon Beams

Adds a simple beacon beam toggle button to the beacon UI!

This mod features:

• A simple toggle button within the beacon UI to turn individual beacon beams on and off
• Config toggle to turn all loaded beacon beams off and in singleplayer
• Works on multiplayer, both client-side and server-side required
