Added a config option to allow damage absorbed by Draconic Evolution energy shields to grant tool experience to the armour piece
Added a config option for the bonus flight speed granted by the gale force armour trait

Bug fixes

Fixed a mod conflict that could cause Astral Sorcery attunement to destroy the item data of astral tools
Fixed an issue where the special modifiers on evolved tools could be upgraded beyond the tier of the tool
Fixed an issue where removing a tier of a stackable trait (e.g. by replacing a tool part) could cause the trait to stop proccing
