Fixed:
- Fixed incorrect message when disabling a world using the command: /timeportals close <world>
Added:
- Added permission support for specific worlds that allows bypassing world restrictions. If you have this permission, you can teleport to a world even if it's disabled. Set bypass permissions in the worlds.yml file
- Added detection for players who are in a world when it gets disabled. If detected, the player will be teleported to their previous location if it exists (unless they have the bypass permission)
- Added comments to configuration files: config.yml, worlds.yml

- Added bStats integration for plugin metrics
