Throwable Toasts

• Update to Minecraft 1.21.9

• Add support for minecraft 1.21.8

• Updated to Minecraft version 1.21.7

• Updated Minecraft version to 1.21.6
• Mod now requires fabric-api
• Added throwable_toasts:mod_installed custom payload packet to let servers know player is using the mod with the following structure:
  • STRING_UTF8 version

Throw away those pesky toasts by dragging them and flicking them to the side!
