Theo's Modpack

A smol update that makes everything so much better!

• Added the JEI, CC: Tweaked, CC: C Bridge, Cardiac and Polytone mods.
• Readded the Oculus mod after it being accidentally removed.
• Added the reimagined resource packs.

This is a long-awaited update for this modpack, adding some shaders, mods (with some of my own), and finally updating all of the mods in the pack!
