The Witch Horror
The red eyed Witch lurks in the shadows, if you look at or get too close to her she strikes and drags you into complete darkness. RUN
The mod adds in a witch, with red eyes. This monsterous entity will spawn in near you in your game, and directly stalk you, when you notice the witch darkness will be inflicted on the player, whilst intensive noise and a heartbeat noise will start playing. The witch can spawn wherever, more so in the night (but also in the day) and when you are in darkness, such as a cave or a strip mine/tunnel. The witch can run very fast, and will inflict darkness for a few seconds if you look at her.
This is geniunely a scary mod, add it to your ARG/Horror modpacks, this is like a dweller but also adds cave noises, and more ARG horror type noises.
