TFC+ Aesthetics

• Fix scinames not displaying for plants :O

• Added config options for whether plants drop when hit with a fist or require shovel.
• Added config option for whether plants should drop if the block they are on is destroyed
• Ferns now drop straw when broken with knife, flake or scythe
• (hopefully) fix crash when displaying the name of an item that doesn't have a name.

• Added a lot of new plants, fungi
• Fungi that are seasonal now dissappear when not in season and cannot be harvested
• fixed bugs and aesthetic issues
