• Config option if locked skills should get data reset too
• Added more clarification to the hover requirements

Improvement

• Wisp mode and OPAC and claims support
• Locked skills now considered on resets
  • but added ignoreLockedSkillsOnReset in the prestige config.

• players from re-mining the same placed block to repeatedly complete mine quests

• Wisp now correctly respawns in labyrinth
• wisp mode in claims crash with neruina mod
