Telomerase HOTFIX that fixes mod downloading which made installation impossible,

• Updated most mods GTNH forks,
• Removed most old optimization mod (OptiFine, FastCraft etc..) to replace with Angelica and modern alternative,
• Removed MCInstanceLoader and use a fork of mod director instead.,
• Removed ResourceLoader and use TXLoader instead,
• Removed Waila and use WDMLA instead,
• Switch to GTNH CraftTweaker fork (version that works without IC2),
• Removed some useless/misc mods,
• Slight config change
