Fixed non-log Driftwood and Oh The Biomes We've Gone's Maple not being added to the custom tag
Added Fireproof Maple Logs to the custom tag

Maple recipes now use a custom tag to facilitate some mod support

• The only exception is Oh The Biomes We've Gone's Maple, which is closer in colouring to Driftwood so it's used there instead

Added log crafting recipes for each chest type (makes 4 chests per craft)

Added credits file.

Recipes now only load in if the mod they're fixing is loaded.
