No "Too Expensive" (Blacksmithing)
Since 1.13, Blacksmithing removes Too Expensive from Anvils, and lets you repair/recycle them, too!

This is the first pack to introduce this concept. I started it back when 1.13 released on PlanetMinecraft.

Repair/Recycle Anvils!
This also existed back in 1.13, though back then you smelt the Anvil because Stonecutter didn't exist yet. Not customizable in Modrinth Edition.
