Talon Coins

Talon Coins adds Coins for Multiplayer Trading.

• Please Note that it doesn't add any way to get the coins. Servers should add ways to get the coins themselves

Also adds a "Talon Hopper" which extracts coins out of the inventory above. You can set an amout of coins, and when the balance is above the set amout, it gives out a redstone signal. Then it allows extracting from hoppers below.
