Take to the Skies

revamped the oil recipes because of an easy  bucket dupe. 

After you get still_oil from a heated block of coal, put that oil into a distillator to get 3 other types of basic oils needed for the pack.

Added recipes for crushed deepslate and mekanism to stellaris uranium conversion recipe, that last one goes both ways.

Forgot to remove a bunch of excompressum recipes. i removed some but not all of them ones we didn't want for Tech to the Skies. The complete list of removals.

Changes

Added to Farming For Blockheads the seeds from: Productive Farming, Immersive Engineering,Torchflower seeds from Minecraft, and the Menril sapling from Integrated Dynamics.

• Recipes that remove most features from Ex Compressum, preserving only the bait.
• New recipes allowing compressed blocks to be devolved via "compressed hammering."
