TACZ Advanced DeathInfo (Kill Banners)

• Fixed a small problem that gun icon will rendering blank space between text

• Now adding new semitransparent frame background which could be disabled in config file.
• Is able to switch filter between PLAYERS_GUN / ALL_GUN on serverside (PLAYER / ALL are usable but other kills will not been displayed yet) to make the message box shows mob death by gun (Light grey colored).
• Slightly increased the vertical spacing value to make a place for frames displaying.
• Adjusted the enemies' red color, make it brighter to better display on frame background.

Temporary removed death message listener to prevent display issue
