Sturdy Elytras

• Updated to Minecraft 1.21.1: Fully ported to support the latest version.
• Exponential Mending Costs: Changed the Mending repair formula to scale exponentially ($2^Level). Higher levels of Sturdyness are now significantly more expensive to maintain with XP.
• Data-Driven Rewrite: The durability protection logic now uses the native 1.21 JSON Enchantment system for better performance and stability.
• Improved Compatibility: Now uses the Item Tag #sturdy_elytras:sturdyness_applicable instead of hardcoded checks, allowing other mods' custom Elytras to benefit from the enchantment automatically.
• Server-Side: Can now be used Server-Side-Only properly
• Advancements: Adds some fun advancements
