Fixes Nullscape compatibility not working

Updates to 1.21.11, no additional features. Check out enlightened for heavy Stellarity development there.

All this release does is attempt to migrate to 1.21.9/10.

Nothing new was added, just simply version dropping and support.

This is an alpha. Not official 5.0.0 as there can be extremely breaking changes, but felt like posting here as a midway progress check you know?
