Steampunk Skies Core

This is a small collection of mixin's and features used by the up-coming Steampunk Skies modpack. The mod is not intended to be used seperately from the modpack (though nothing is stopping you).

Major changes include some behaviour buffs to vanilla items like concrete and TNT, minimum speed requirements for more create machines besides the mixer, and behaviour changes to the Blaze Burner from create. Exact changes are available in the changelog.
