Stargate Early Loading

Added support for window resizing.
The resolution will now update accordingly to the window size.

Currently on version 1.20.1, only forge up to 47.4.10 is supported. Newer forge won't work. Other game versions should not be affected.

A first attempt at porting to Forge.

Installation on Forge requires a different fml.toml the configuration than the neoforge version, please follow the instructions.
