SquidFest

• Added Winter 12-13 SquidFest as a passive Beach festival, including date registration, passive start messaging, debug apply support, Beach overlay placement, and Willy's festival schedule override.
• Added SquidFest squid tracking on normal fishing catches, with per-player daily score stats, action-bar progress feedback, reward query flow, and day-specific target thresholds for Winter 12 and Winter 13.
• Added SquidFest reward claiming through Willy's booth, including vanilla-aligned day-specific reward tables, Crabbing Book fallback behavior, per-player daily claim flags, hold-up/item pickup feedback, and multiplayer-safe player state handling.
• Added SquidFest Beach fishing data so normal fishing remains available while festival catches can count toward SquidFest goals.

Decorations and Integration

• Added SquidFest promotional poster, SquidFest requirement poster, and Squid Kid painting resources, items, blocks, tags, localization, and catalog integration.
• Added reusable Geo festival decoration block support based on model-derived collision bounds and extension placement, while preserving the Luau totem pole behavior on the shared path.
• Added SquidFest letter background asset support and letter markup parsing for custom letter backgrounds and text color directives.
