Dance of the Moonlight Jellies

• Added the first playable Dance of the Moonlight Jellies implementation for Summer 28, including Beach-Jellies overlay support, active festival entry and exit handling, time freeze behavior, festival NPC routing, Lewis start confirmation, Pierre's festival shop, and the 24:00 return flow.
• Added the Moonlight Jellies main event presentation with the candle-boat release, synchronized boat and lantern movement, moonlight jelly entities, fade-in jelly visuals, event cleanup, ocean ambience, and the source-verified moonlightJellies music cue.
• Added the Summer 28 Demetrius reminder mail and the original-style ending message shown before the event fades out.

Content and Presentation

• Added Moonlight Jelly entity resources, renderer support, event music registration, the water lantern decoration, and related models, textures, sounds, cutscene data, language entries, and structure resources.
• Added placeable cooked dish presentation support and supporting block entity/rendering resources for the current food display pass.
• Improved presentation details touched by this pass, including lightning rod rendering, museum/debug display behavior, map decor attachment handling, and related Jade/debug integration polish.
