• Added the first active Flower Dance implementation pass for Spring 24, including festival entry, time freeze behavior, HUD hiding, the Forest-FlowerFestival overlay, festival music, Pierre's event shop, and end-of-event return handling.
• Added Flower Dance NPC participation systems with confirmed venue positions, festival dialogue routing, dance partner invitations, friendship threshold checks, successful invitation friendship rewards, player-player dance invitations, and occupied-partner rejection handling.
• Added the first Flower Dance main dance cutscene flow, including Lewis start confirmation, selected dance partners, client-side dancer/audience actors, camera setup, hidden real-NPC suppression, and festival-specific cutscene assets.

Festival Architecture
