Spirit's Eve

• Added Fall 27 Spirit's Eve as an active Town festival, including festival entry/exit flow, time freeze behavior, map overlay placement, boundary return handling, festival music, HUD hiding support, and debug setup hooks.
• Added the Spirit's Eve venue layout, Pierre festival shop, NPC placements/routes, festival dialogue access, temporary festival monsters, and festival-only protection/interactions for the maze area.
• Added Spirit's Eve maze reward support with an independent per-player chest claim, Golden Pumpkin reward handling, reward messaging, and a minecart shortcut back from the maze exit.
• Added Spirit's Eve decorations and resources, including the spider statue, jack-o-lantern, passable oak leaves marker block, overlay structure, music, and related sound assets.

Items, Cosmetics, and Route Guidance

• Added Golden Pumpkin and Magic Rock Candy as special items with Stardew-style tooltip presentation and vanilla gift taste data.
• Added the Wisp Trail Elixir as a Spirit's Eve-only route guidance consumable that reveals the maze path for a short time, clears near the maze exit, and is sold by Pierre for one Prismatic Shard.
• Added reusable route guidance runtime/client rendering infrastructure and a temporary route editor tool for authoring guided paths.
• Added initial cosmetic hat infrastructure, appearance sync payloads, and starter hat assets for straw hat, earmuffs, and top hat.

Fixes and Integration

• Fixed duplicated festival decoration descriptions by relying on the shared Stardew tooltip description handling instead of item-local duplicate desc injection.
• Improved active festival client/HUD behavior so active festival flows can consistently hide the top-right game menu UI.
• Tightened festival boundary return logic so cancelled exit prompts return players to an in-bounds safe point instead of leaving them outside the festival volume.
