Headline Features

• Added the first playable Trout Derby implementation for the Summer 20-21 passive festival window, including Forest overlay support, Willy schedule/interaction handling, Golden Tag content, ✨ Trout catch rolls, treasure integration, and booth reward exchange.
• Added Trout Derby presentation support with the project-owned Forest schematic overlay, synchronized item display entities, debug-safe apply/restore behavior, and no-drop bulk block replacement during overlay swaps.
• Added the Lucky Purple Shorts feature pass, including the quest item, special presentation hooks, placeable shorts block, Lewis/Marnie interaction paths, basement handling, and the purple-shorts fishing bobber renderer path.

Farming, UI, and Integration

• Added rice shoot crop content and related crop tags, models, textures, and item registration.
• Improved fertilizer client synchronization and Jade integration so crop/farmland fertilizer state can be inspected more consistently.
• Updated NPC model and animation resources touched by the current presentation pass.

Festival and Stability Fixes

• Hardened passive festival overlay lifecycle callbacks so passive handlers can respond when overlays start applying, finish applying, start restoring, and finish restoring.
• Fixed Trout Derby Golden Tag eligibility so debug/forced passive festival sessions use the passive festival open state instead of being blocked by the in-game calendar date alone.
• Added missing Jade config localization keys and fixed several festival/debug interaction paths touched by Flower Dance, Desert Festival, and Trout Derby work.
