• Updated StarMCLib to 0.12.1

• Moved the event passing to a new library "StarEvents" and depend on that

• Fixed SnakeYAML being relocated twice in the final jar
• Fixed a bug that caused an error when saving a player that left due to a lack of database information
• Added missing events from 1.21.7
• Added missing events from 1.21.4
• Removed the events from 1.21.3 as they are still experimental and I didn't see it earlier
• Moved ItemBuilder out of StarCore and into it's own library
• Provde the new ItemBuilder, SMaterial and SMCVersion libraries as part of the Jar file
