Changelog:
- Added configurable stack limits (1-99) for standard, splash, and lingering potions.
- Implemented smart consumption so drinking or throwing a potion correctly preserves the rest of the stack.
- Added Brewing Stand protection to prevent vanilla duplication/breaking bugs.
- Added the
/potions reloadcommand for easy in-game configuration updates. - Built natively for Paper 1.21.
