Sprint O' Meter v2.0a for 1.18.2

- Changed the meter into a bar (it's not really Sprint O' Meter anymore isn't it? 😭)
- Added the ability to change max stamina
- Added the option to enable saturation dependency (stamina affected by saturation levels)
- Added stamina buff potions (Replenish & Instant Stamina)
- Added an achievement relating to the potions
- More customization options
- A lot of bug fixes & optimizations
