SpiritChat

This update revises the chat formatting logic to fix and add the following:

• Fix being able to use minimessage format in chat (if you dont have permissions)
• Add item showcasing! {i} and {item} https://spiritchat.lmao.software/miscellanious#chat-item for more info

• Fixed gradients not working on chat messages with non-opped players

• Fix issue where PlaceholderAPI values aren't colored
