The Speedrunner Mod

KEY CHANGES:

• A new credits story. I recommend reading it once you complete a speedrun with this mod.
• Splash texts are back!
• Updated to Minecraft 1.21.5!
• Tons of bug fixes, crash fixes, and optimizations.
• Renamed "Playing Mode" option to "Mode".
• Optimized options and changed configuration file layout.
• To change an option's value in the configuration file, change the "current_value". Leave everything else alone.
• Hold down "shift" on an options screen to open the client-side configuration file.

CRASH FIXES:

• Fixed server crash with Terraform Wood API (this mod no longer depends on Terraform Wood API).
• Split client and common sources. Client-sided options are now strictly client-side and do not interfere with the server side. Same with server-side options, they do not interfere with the client-side.

TUTORIAL MODE:

• Tutorial mode is now client-side only, meaning multiple players can work at their own pace and progress on their own.
• Tutorial mode now works correctly on servers.
• Tutorial mode is no longer a beta feature, it's official.
• Optimized and fixed bugs in tutorial mode.

SPEEDRUNNER BOAT CHANGES:

• New item! - Speedrunner paddle: used to paddle the speedrunner boat. Crafted with a speedrunner block, speedrunner ingot, and a speedrunner stick.
• Normal speedrunner boats are now crafted with 5 speedrunner planks, a lava bucket and 2 speedrunner paddles.

SPEEDRUNNER's WORKBENCH:

• The Speedrunner's Workbench is now crafted with 3 speedrunner planks, a speedrunner block, a speedrunner paddle, ANY speedrunner tool, and 3 speedrunner ingots.
• Transferring enchantments via the speedrunner's workbench will now damage the output based on each enchantment's transferred level.
• You can no longer use enchanted books with the speedrunner's workbench.

REMOVALS:

• Removed the button and keybind (R) to "refresh" a screen (refreshing screen is never needed now because the bug where buttons don't display correctly is fixed).
• Removed custom panorama option.
• Removed confirmation messages option.
• Removed item tooltips and texture tooltips option.
• Deleted place on Dillon8775's webpage, everything you would need for this mod is now on CurseForge and Modrinth.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Removed "DISABLED" structure spawn rate option, now set to "Default" to use Minecraft's default structure spawn rates.
• You can now use the Ender Thruster on doom mode if the player is in a mountain/hill biome, or if the player's Y-level is less than 0.
• Changing the "allow cheats" option in the fast world creation screen will enable/disable cheats in your current world.
• Experiences ores now generate on every mode.
• Added option to sync client-side options with server-side options, to allow for optimal gameplay.
