Updated to Minecraft 1.21.11!

Renamed "Mob Spawning Rate" option to "Creature Spawning Rate", as it only affects passive animals, like pigs and cows, not hostile mobs.

The Speedrunner Mod biome no longer has "mood" sounds, and currently does not have any background music attached to it.
-
A few bug fixes and optimizations.
