-Remove classes and assets that came from the 1.13 version which should not be in the 1.12 version.

No code changes to 1.0.3

Small release to fix a tiny issue related to multiplayer.

Updated Minecraft/Forge requirement to 1.16.5 only.

Fixed: The client would show "mismatched modlist" when connecting to a server with the mod with a client without this mod.
