Backporting the latest 1.4.0 changes to 1.21.1, such that Neoforge is being supported (by request on GitHub).
Note that I am not uploading the backported Fabric JAR here, to avoid feature loss between 1.21.2 - 26.1. It is available in GitHub for those who wish to use it, however note that it is unlikely that I will backport features for the in-between versions unless there is adequate interest in the NeoForge versions (in which case Fabric adds little extra work).
