Soul Link Speedrun

New features

• Chaos menu: Changed old /settings command to new /chaos command for the chaos menu (difficulty, half heart, shared potions, etc.).
• Settings menu: Implemented new settings menu accessible via /settings command (combat log toggle, bug report, commands list).
• Damage log: Added new setting to toggle damage log messages globally (in /settings).
• Manhunt mode: New gamemode called Manhunt where Runners share health and stats (Soul Link) while Hunters use vanilla mechanics and get tracking compasses to follow Runners. Role selection via GUI before starting a run.

Bug Fixes

• Ender dragon & Raid bar: Fix ender dragon bossbar and raid bar not disappearing when a new run starts (previously required reconnecting).
• Menu sounds: Menu sounds now only played for the player that uses the menu.
