Sorted Enchantments

Add a config with three options:

• Whether to sort the enchantments of all items except Enchanted Books
• Whether to sort the enchantments of Enchanted Books
• Whether to always sort curses at the bottom

Also fix compatibility with "Enchantment Descriptions" mods
