Soaring Skies
Think the Minecraft sky is boring? Me too! This mod adds a bit more to the sky and the wind.
Soaring skies is a mod which adds a few changes to the air.
In plains, desert, snowy plains and badlands you will now see hot air balloons in the sky.
When you get up to them maybe some loot is waiting for you.
Using the new balloon item crafted with a wind charge, 3 red wool and a piece of string you can launch yourself upwards further than a wind charge can.
The mod also adds a brand new sword crafted uing a flow amror trim, a netherite sword and a breeze rod. When right clicked the sword will charge up making your next attack knock the enemy back very far. As long as the sword is in your inventory you will gain permenant speed and jump boost.
Adding the Breezeborn enchantment will allow you to use a balloon boost with the sword.
