Snake Game Clientside

• Added new digest setting for an eating animation (defaults on)
• Added /clientsnake help subcommand
• Modified /clientsnake getspeed feedback
• Heavily improved the internal code
• Text now changes colour with the board as you progress
• Moved the stats text to the centre and down a bit

Updated to 1.21.11 and removed the unused /clientsnake togglebrds subcommand
