Smoke Rotten Flesh

Smoke Rotten Flesh is a minimal, single-purpose data pack that adds one new smoking recipe: place Rotten Flesh in a Smoker to turn it into Leather.

That's the only thing this pack does. It doesn't touch any other recipes, loot tables, or game mechanics. No dependencies, no configuration needed, just add the pack and the recipe becomes available.

Why this exists: Rotten Flesh is one of the most common but least useful drops in vanilla Minecraft, killing zombies quickly fills your inventory with an item that has almost no practical use besides feeding wolves or slow hunger restoration. This pack gives it a simple, renewable use without requiring duplication glitches or complex farms: just smoke it like you would meat.

How to install:

1. Download the .zip file from the Versions tab (don't unzip it).
2. Drop it into your world's datapacks folder: /datapacks/
3. That's it, no extra steps. Head to a Smoker and drop in your Rotten Flesh.
