Super Mario Bros. Blocks

Adds various blocks from the original Super Mario Bros, with a couple of items in as well.

Added blocks:

• Ground (Overworld, Underground, Castle, Underwater)
• Bricks (Overworld, Underground, Castle)
• ? Block (Functional)
• Blank block
• Hard block (Overworld, Underground)
• Coral
• Castle Bridge
• Pipes (Nonfunctional, sadly)

Added items:

• Coin
• Super Mushroom (Consumable)
• Fire Flower (Weapon)
• Super Star (Consumable)
• 1UP Mushroom (Consumable) (2.0 Update)
• A music disc (2.0 Update)

Most blocks are decorational, but have decent stats which could be used for extra protection.

All blocks and items are obtainable through survival.
