PORT to 1.21.1 neoforge!
- Added a configuration file, allowing to modify drop chances of the Sticky Leaves;
- added subtle particles and sound effects when Sticky Leaves are dropped;
- upgraded texture for the Slime Scrap; moved Slime Scrap and Sticky Leaves to the "Ingredients" Creative Tab;
- Sticky Leaves will not be spawned if leaves are broken with Shears, and if player is in creative mode;
- some minor improvements.
