🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed temporary mutes and bans not expiring automatically due to Bukkit tick imprecision
• Fixed unmute/unban on expiry not being detected by Simple Voice Chat without rejoining
• Fixed config.yml not receiving new keys when updating the plugin — new entries are now merged automatically on startup and /vc reload, without overwriting existing values
