Adds message components system by @OakLoaf

This system allows you to extract long/complex chat components into seperate, reusable components

🎉 Simple Chat should now be considered "Stable", being battle tested without issues on many servers!

This update also includes:

• Added support to get & replace LuckPerms metadata tags within messages dynamically
• Added a debug listener feature to help find & resolve listener issues.
