• Removed a condition in tick function that prevented the after_phase to initiate properly when the overworld dimension wasn’t loaded
Mechanics :
• Added a mechanic to teleport dropped keys in phase_15 in front of the first gate
• Added a mechanic to prevent keys from despawning in phase_15 dimension
