Added missing references to appropriate creative tabs.

Armor rating improved and should now properly be better than diamond! Ver. 1.0.0 was half a bar short of full this fixed that and went up +3 after that.

Adds White Diamond, Ore, Tools & Armor! Stronger than diamond! Although rarer.
