Overhaul Sharpness enchantment to make it more balanced, while adding more feature to it and also to Smite and Bane of Arthropods

This mod changes how sharpness work massively:
- Shaprness now only work on non-undead and non-arthropod.
- Attacking undead with sharpness has a 2 percent to give weakness to the mob (configurable).
- Attacking arthropod with sharpness has a 4 percent to give slowness to the mob (configurable).
- For excluded target in "sharpnessExcludedEntityIds": [], 2% to give slowness to the mob (configurable).

By default, sharpness is 20% more effective:

Smite change:
- 3% to give player regeneration when hitting non-undead mobs (configurable).

Bane of Arthropods changes:
- 4% to give slowness 2 to mob when hitting non-arthropod mobs (configurable).
- 2% to give weakness to mob when hitting non-arthropod mobs (configurable).
All configuration go to config/sharpness_enchantment_overhaul.json.
