Assigned Missions now grant their assignees a reward

Fixed get button not working properly

• You can now click the mission types in /mission properly
• Missions now have a Finish button
• There's now a new role for missions, the overseer. The overseer can bind, unbind eternal missions and create assigned missions. They can not reroll missions.
• Added more feedback for eternal missions

Fixed environment and dependencies so now the mod should work correctly on clients
