Tweaks for Serilum's spawn points mods.

• /mod/village-spawn-point
  • Added a blacklist for villages to be found. https://github.com/ricksouth/serilum-mc-mods/issues/1423
  • Fixed a bug of compat with biome spawn point not working on fabric
  • Set the spawn point to the center of the structure instead of y=0 or surface so that it works with underground villages. [1]
• /mod/biome-spawn-point
  • Change logic to find biome.
    • Old: Pick a random one from all possible biomes and find the nearest
    • New: Find the nearest biome from the list of possible biomes
  • Set the spawn point to the biome pos instead of the surface so that it works with the cave biomes. [1]

[1]: Minecraft will always spawn players at the surface in dimension with a skylight or non-adventure players. You need a standalone mod to spawn a player at non-surface like /mod/respawn-complex/versions
