Fixed Render issue with chest boats

Fixed Peppermint generation. Now generates in snowy biomes.

Edited two recipes to use different types of ice.

Removed functionality of Icecutter until work is done on it, currently a decorative block.

Fixed an issue with regualar boat rendering

Present Banner Pattern added.
Minor code changes to try and allow the Icecutter to work on servers.
Recipes for all Ice blocks in the crafting table as a workaround for not being able to use the Icecutter on servers currently.
