Shrieker Strength rework.

• Major optimization made to the ability "Shrieker Strength". The ability has been completely reworked to save performance. This change makes the data pack run ~5000% better on Forge, in which it was previously unplayable.
• "Shrieker Strength" now requires the user to touch the shrieker rather than just the shrieker going off. On the upside though, the strength effect now lasts twice as long.

• Fixed a typo in the description of "Adapted to the Dark"

• Fixed a bug that made the "Familiar Footsteps" power not work.
