Adds magic scrolls, used for enchanting, and new treasure enchantments

Scrolls and Curses now requires Unremovable Effects to launch
due to Absorption effect changes, Absorbtion enchantment als got changed a bit:
- new status effect: Absorption Cooldown
- player gets this effect after taking damage with Absorption effect active
- Absorption enchantment doesnt work when player has this status effect
- Absorption Cooldown effect cant be removed with milk bucket
buffed powerful magic scrolls and nerfed regular magic scrolls
cursed scroll no longer gives (another) curse of vanishing when item has all possible treasure enchantments
reduced number of scrolls that can be found in Abandoned Mineshaft by 1 (chances remain the same)
