Scroll of Recall

• Refactored teleportation logic to make it easier to maintain.
• Added a feather to the scroll and tome recipes.
• Added a recipe to "unbind" a tome with paper.

• Fall damage is now cancelled when teleporting with the scroll or tome.

Fixes a bug that prevented teleporting from working correctly between dimensions. Scrolls and tomes should allow cross-dimensional teleportation now.
